SOLUTION: This robot turret hand incorporates a turret deck 2 which is rotatably held, and which incorporates a plurality of hands 3 so as to select an used hand 3. In this case, a stepping motor 4 is used as a rotary drive source for the turret deck 2. The limitation to the rotating direction and an index number can be substantially eliminated.
