PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the whole structure by providing an HST operation box, and mounting the HST operation box on a machine body frame so as to be used also as the mounting column of a steering handle to be raised on a driver's seat step. SOLUTION: Both side surfaces of an HST operation box 10 vertically arranged on the driver's seat side of a front column 13 are connected and fixed through a bracket 14. The lower end of the HST operation box 10 is fixed onto a machine body frame through a bottom plate to integrally form a strong frame by the HST operation box 10 and the front column 13. A steering handle 7, a meter panel 17, an upper cover body 18, and a lower cover body 19 are mounted on this frame to constitute a driving operation part, and the HST operation box 10 is used also as the mounting column of the steering handle 7. According to this structure, even if the HST operation box 10 is provided, the whole structure can be simplified.
