OPTICAL DISK MASTERING DEVICE

PURPOSE: An optical disk mastering device is provided to reduce grove noise using diffraction optical device. CONSTITUTION: The optical disk mastering device comprises a spindle motor, a dual beam recorder. In the optical disk mastering device, the spindle motor rotates a turn table. The dual beam recorder irradiates a beam to photoresist phase and exposures forming part of grove and information signal wherein dual beam recorder comprises an optical detector, a first modulator, a second modulator, a diffraction optical device, a beam combiner, an object lens. The optical detector detects a first beam and second beam. The first modulator pass or stops the first beam to form the information signal. The second modulator pass or stops the second beam to form the grove. The diffraction optical device diffract and pass the second beam. The beam combiner progress the first and second beam to a beam way. The object lens gathers the first beam and the second beam and makes phase to photoresist.
