PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler-equipped two-hole punch having two functions, i.e., a stapler and a two-hole punch. SOLUTION: A two-hole punch 2 is secured to the center of a base 1 and two releasable staplers 3 are fitted around the outer sides of the two-hole punch. The base is provided with an article holder 4 and a paper guide 5 for positioning documents.
