A junction box module of a power window system is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to prevent none-efficient circuit configuration by supplying circuit configuration of two paths according to a relay. A junction box module of a power window system comprises the followings. A detachable relay(100) is switched according to control of a body control module and connected between a power window motor and a power source. The power source is supplied to the power window motor in a state that the relay is mounted. A junction box supplies an electric circuit feeding the power source to the power window motor directly in the state that the relay is moved.
