<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine electret particles which have been evenly charged and show excellent electrophoretic properties. <P>SOLUTION: The particles are core-shell type fine electret particles each comprising a core part and a shell part, and are characterized in that the core part contains a material in which pigments can be dispersed and the shell part comprises an electret resin, which is a fluorine-containing resin and has been brought into an electret state by irradiation with electron beams, irradiation with radiation, or a corona discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
