PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately process whether call establishment continues or not when an error response or no response is returned from an application server.SOLUTION: From a transmission source device, when a call establishment request is received, application server identification information is referenced, application server which can provide additional service is selected, and service provision is requested to the application server. When an error response or no response is received from the application server which requests service provision, it is determined whether processing to establish a call continues or not on the basis of call continuous information which is set for each application server. When it is determined that the processing to establish a call continues, the additional service is not added but the call establishment request to establish the call is transmitted to a destination device which receives an incoming call. |
