PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum molding device and a method for producing a large size two layer sheet element continuously at a low cost, wherein waviness of a woven fabric during a heating process and a preheating molding process can be prevented. SOLUTION: There is provided a two layer frame installed with a front side frame 19 in the front position of transporting direction of the woven fabrices 12 and 13 which is adjusted to be loaded by a tension frame 21 for providing a closed machine room containing the woven fabric part to be molded, and the frame parts are movable for releasing the frame of the above two layer sheet. The woven fabrices 12 and 13 are transported by periodical motion when the two layer sheet frame is not loaded and released in the transporting direction, and then the two layer sheet frame is closed by the tension frame 21 and is loaded in order to mold the two layer sheet element.
