PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent and pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which exhibit high punching workability and heat-resistance, high adhesiveness to a polyimide film and a polyester film and further exhibit high moisture resistance so as to enable the high-temperature soldering work after moisture absorption without causing the blister of the sheet. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive agent of the invention is composed of (A) an acrylic resin containing a carboxyl group as a functional group and having an acid value of≥2 mgKOH/g, (B) an acrylic resin containing a hydroxyl group as a functional group and having an acid value of≤0.1 mgKOH/g, (C) a bisphenol A epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 350-600 g/eq, (D) a novolac epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 100-300 g/eq and (E) a curing agent or a curing catalyst, wherein the sum of the contents of the epoxy resins (C) and (D) in the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent is 5-20 wt.% based on the total solid component, and the weight ratio of the epoxy resin (C) to (D) is 7:3 to 9:1.
