<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent a start-up and a halt of a grid interconnection device from repeating. <P>SOLUTION: The start-up control method, which controls a start-up of a PV PCS150 which is configured in a manner so as to perform an interconnection operation that supplies power to a load 400 by interconnecting a PV100 to a grid 10, power is supplied to an electricity storage PCS 250 from an autonomous operation output of the PV PCS 150 by means of an autonomous operation that does not interconnect the PV 100 to the grid 10 before starting the interconnection operation. Also, when supplying power to the electricity storage PCS 250, the output power amount of the PV 100 or PV PCS 150 is measured.
