<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and cost-effective method for producing a multilayer ceramic structure having a hollow cavity by using a first green film (1) that contains a ceramic material. <P>SOLUTION: The method sequentially includes: applying a first layer (10), such as a glass layer, on a first green film (1) having at least one porous region (8) so as to be positioned on the porous region (8); applying an additional green film (12) and laminating the first green film and the additional green film to form a green film composite; sintering the green film composite and moving a glass material of the first layer to the porous region, thereby forming the hollow cavity (24). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
