A toe control device in a rear suspension for a vehicle is provided to maintain the same size of left/right toe angles and improve the stability of straight traveling by simultaneously controlling the toe angle of left and right. A toe control device in a rear suspension for a vehicle is connected to a rear axle assembly(3) contacted to a hub of left/right sides wheels(2a,2b) and a vehicle(1) in the medium of left/right sides front/rear adjusting arms(4a,4b). The left/right sides rear adjusting arm has rack gears(5a,5b) vertically engaged with a pinion gear(7) rotated by a single actuator(6). The rack gears are vertically engaged with the pinion gear to adjust the left/right sides wheels simultaneously and to rotate the pinion gear by one actuator. The toe in/out of the left/right sides wheels is varied by forming the actuator for rotating the pinion gear.
