<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of rapidly and efficiently eliminating closure of a passage and securing a desired power generation performance with a compact structure. <P>SOLUTION: The valve mechanism 55 is provided with a valve member 56a of a nearly cylindrical shape which is rotation driven through a motor 58a. The valve member 56a is arranged at the oxidizer gas entrance communication hole 40a. The valve member 56a has an opening part 64 which extends in axial direction and can communicate the oxidizer gas entrance communication hole 40a with each oxidizer gas passage 46 integrally and a slit part 66 which is installed inclined in axial direction and can change communication status of the oxidizer gas entrance communication hole 40a and the oxidizer gas passage 46 when the valve member 56a rotates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
