PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the work of manually adjusting the storage position of a filling bag to be stored in a corrugated cardboard case for correcting the cap position of the bag and to save labor costs by always stably storing the bag in a box with the cap of the bag facing upward and at a fixed position. SOLUTION: The storage method for the bag-in box comprises: the step of supplying a flexible bag; the step of filling a content into the flexible bag 1 from a spout 2; the step of regulating a bag chute position where the front end a1 of a filling bag a contacts a front contact means protruding at the inclining tip end of a conveyer means 10; the step of bag contact releasing for releasing the contact of the bag a and for starting the bag a to overhang in a bag shooter to be dropped; the step of separating the bag a for separating the bag a from a continuous flexible bags A through a separation line; the step of dropping the filling bag and the step of storing the bag.
