The present invention provides an information synchronization method and an information synchronization device based on an IMS multi-party call, and a terminal. The information synchronization method based on an IMS multi-party call is applied to an initiator of a multi-party call and comprises: sending an establishment request for a multi-party call to a server so that the server invites invitees comprised in the establishment request to conduct the multi-party call; receiving a feedback message that is sent by the server and indicates that the establishment of the multi-party call is completed, and determining information of all participants of the multi-party call according to the feedback message; and sending the information of all the participants to the server so that the server forwards the information of all the participants to an assigned participant in all the participants to make the assigned participant display the information of all the participants. According to the technical scheme of the present invention, besides the initiator, other participants of the IMS multi-party call can also display the information of all the participants, so it is guaranteed that each participant can see the information of all the participants of the multi-party call, and user experience can be improved. |
