PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared detector which has a structure capable of easily adjusting a view angle, reducing a noise component and reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: As a result of a view angle being limited by an infrared reflection layer 5 having a third aperture on an infrared incidence surface side of an optical filter 4, an infrared ray is efficiently radiated on an infrared detection element 2. In addition, internal reflection is suppressed by an infrared absorption layer 6 having a second aperture on the other surface so that a noise component is reduced. |
