<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for placing composite fiber material on a mold. <P>SOLUTION: The method and apparatus includes a material delivery structure 120, a roller 122, a first guide device, and a second guide device. The roller 122 may be configured to move between a first position and a second position relative to the material delivery structure. The first guide device is on a first side of the material delivery structure 120. The second guide device is on a second side of the material delivery structure 120.
