PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fruit powder obtained by powderizing a grape fruit by using a material substitutable for dextrin.SOLUTION: Fruit powder is obtained by subjecting a mixture of a pasty material of a grape fruit and powder obtained by freeze-drying and pulverizing puree of rice, to freeze-drying and pulverization.
