FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: in laboratory grinder of grain, comprising grinding chamber, grinding element, receiving chamber and facility for evacuation of ground grain into receiving chamber 5, grinding chamber is arranged in the form of matrix 2, which represents a plate with evenly arranged through cylindrical holes 3. Matrix is installed on immovable support plate 4 with the possibility of reciprocal motion relative to it. Receiving chamber 5 is arranged in the form of plate with dead cylindrical holes 6, which are coaxial to holes 3 of matrix installed on fixed foundation 7 with the possibility of reciprocal motion relative to it and support plate 4 synchronously to matrix motion. Grinding element is made in the form of cylindrical puncheons 8, and facility for evacuation of ground grain is arranged in the form of cylindrical pushers 9. Diametres of puncheons 8 and pushers 9 comply with diametre of through holes 3 in matrix 2. Puncheons and pushers are rigidly fixed in holder 10, their longitudinal axes of symmetry are parallel. Holder 10 is equipped with drive for their reciprocal motion. In fixed support plate 4 there are through cylindrical holes 6 arranged, diametres of which comply with diametres of pushers 9, and their centre axes match central axes of pushers 9. Device for extraction and loading of grain into laboratory grinder includes body and board 12 with through cylindrical holes 13, body is arranged in the form of scoop 11 with flat bottom, on which board 12 is located. Number of through cylindrical holes 13 in board 12 is equal to number of through cylindrical holes of matrix 2, besides through cylindrical holes of board are arranged in the same order as through cylindrical holes in grinder matrix. ^ EFFECT: laboratory grinder provides for the possibility to grind separate seeds and to identify their number in researched batch, and device for extraction and loading of grain provides for loading of seeds one by one into each holes of grinding chamber of laboratory grinder. ^ 2 cl, 9 dwg |
