PURPOSE: A repair packer for solving stair gap capable of controlling a height and a non-excavation partial repairing method using the same are provided to perform efficient repairing work by applying even power to an inner wall of a drain pipe when a packer unit is expanded. CONSTITUTION: A pair packer for solving stair gap capable of controlling a height comprises a cylindrical frame unit(1), a packet unit(2), a wheel unit(3), and an elastic body. The frame unit comprises a multiplex pipe(11) comprising a first pipe(111) and a second pipe(112). A plurality of the wheel units is formed as a radial shape around the multiplex pipe and is individually connected to the first and second pipes with a hinge. The height of the wheel unit is controlled according to movement of the second pipe so that the frame unit smoothly moves in a drain pipe. The wheel unit performs a role to match the center of the frame unit and the center of the drain pipe. |
