PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a stereoscopic picture to be produced by using the various kinds of normal illumination, a camera, a comparatively simple and inexpensive photographic apparatus by producing plural film chips at different positions with respect to a scene and mutually separating the chips to the stereoscopic pair of chips for visible pictures simultaneously viewed by the left and a right eyes. SOLUTION: This producing method of the stereoscopic picture is constituted of a photographing method by which the plural pictures of the related scene 12 are taken from the different positions by moving the camera 14 placed in parallel with the scene 12 in parallel with a scene. By placing the cinecamera or the video camera 14 on a moving carriage 20 and moving it on a track 22 with respect to the scene 12 like it is shown by an arrow 18, the scene 12 is photographed. The film chips are separated to the stereoscopic pair of film chips in order to obtain a desired stereoscopic picture effect. On the separating stage, a frame or the stereoscopic pair of chips for the stereoscopic visible picture is formed. The stereoscopic visible picture is formed as the two-dimensional picture and provided with three-dimensional depth when it is independently viewed by the left and the right eyes.
