A TV shell, on the bottom surface (S) of which is provided with an at least one bottom seat (200) and at least one accepting groove (110) using for accommodating the bottom seat. The bottom seat includes a base (10) fixed in the accepting groove and a foldable bracket component (20) hinged with the base. The bracket component at least includes a first state point and a second state point. At the first state point, the bracket component is folded and accepted in the accepting groove; At the second state point, the bracket component is expanded out of the accepting groove for supporting the TV shell. The present invention also relates to an LCD TV. The switching between the bottom seat supporting and the hanging shelf supporting is very convenient without dismounting the bottom seat. The trouble of mounting and dismounting the bottom seat is solved, and the situation of losing the bottom seat is avoided. |
