PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pumping device or a hydraulic continuously variable transmission provided with a PTO clutch mechanism and capable of holding charge pressure into a pair of hydraulic fluid lines at fixed pressure irrespective of engagement/disengagement of the PTO clutch mechanism. SOLUTION: This pumping device is provided with a discharge line connected with a discharge port of an auxiliary pump main body by fluid, a charge line for supplying a part of pressure oil from the discharge line into the pair of respective hydraulic fluid lines through a check valve, a PTO hydraulic fluid line for supplying a part of pressure oil from the discharge line into the PTO clutch mechanism through a PTO relief valve, a pressure reducing valve whose primary side is connected with the discharge line by fluid, and a resistance valve connected with the primary side of the pressure reducing valve by fluid. The PTO hydraulic fluid line and the charge line are connected with the primary side and a secondary side of the pressure reducing valve, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
