PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing spectacle lenses that are more attractive while securing the optical performance within an allowable range, and to provide the spectacle lens and a spectacle lens supply method. SOLUTION: In designing the radius of curvature of a first refractive surface and a second refractive surface of each of the left and right spectacle lenses even when the difference in prescription, such as the diopter between the left and right eyes is over a prescribed amount, a binocular vision balance design to select the radius of curvature of the first refractive surface and the second refractive surface of at least one of the left and right spectacle lenses is performed so that the left and right spectacle lenses may satisfy the prescription condition including the diopter, and also, the optical performance of each lens may fall within the allowable range, and also, the difference in the radius of curvature of the first refractive surface between the left and right spectacle lenses may fall within a prescribed range.
