<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically display a behavior state (a working situation) of an employee inside an enterprise in a behavior display system. <P>SOLUTION: Time information of office arriving or office leaving is transmitted from an attendance management terminal 1-1 together with identification information of each employee, a personal computer 1-2 corresponding to each employee transmits the identification information of the employee, and starting time or ending time when the personal computer 1-2 starts or ends, an access control terminal 1-3 placed near an entrance of each room inside a building of a company through which each employee comes in and out transmits identification information of its own terminal device and the identification information of the employee input when coming in and out, and the information is sent to a server 1-4 via a LAN (Local Area Network). The server 1-4 generates information expressing the behavior state or a location of each employee on the basis of the information input from each terminal, and displays the information of the behavior state on a sheet of electronic paper 1-7 in a list format.
