PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rolled sheet for cold rolling capable of attaining the reduction of production cost while suppressing the cracks at the edges upon cold rolling, and a method for producing a pure titanium sheet.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a rolled sheet for cold rolling comprising: a step where a pure titanium stock is hot-rolled; and a step where the rolled sheet after the hot rolling is annealed. In the coiling temperature of the hot-rolled coil in the hot rolling step is 500°C or lower, and, the area ratio of the recrystallized grains in the microstructure after the annealing in the annealing step is controlled to 90% or higher and the average grain size of the recrystallized grains is controlled to 5 to 10 μm or lower. Also provided is a method for producing a pure titanium sheet using the method for producing a rolled sheet for cold rolling, characterized in that a step of subjecting the rolled sheet after the annealing step to cold rolling is provided as well, and process annealing is not performed in the cold rolling step.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
