PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce refrigerant filling density while maintaining predetermined refrigerating capacity. SOLUTION: This supercritical refrigerating cycle using a refrigerant of which high pressure becomes critical pressure or higher is provided with a compressor 11 for sucking and compressing the refrigerant, a radiator 12 for cooling the discharged refrigerant by the compressor 11, first and second flow passages 50, 51 provided on the outlet side of the radiator 12 and branched at a branch point 52, first and second decompression means 14, 22 for decompressing the high-pressure refrigerant on the outlet side of the radiator 12, a first evaporator 15 for evaporating the low-pressure refrigerant passed through the first flow passage 50 and the first decompression means 14, and a second evaporator 23 for evaporating the low-pressure refrigerant passed through the second flow passage 51 and the second decompression means 22. The length of the second flow passage 51 is set longer than that of the first flow passage 50. When a virtual point for halving the second flow passage 51 in the refrigerant flowing direction is defined as an intermediate point 54, the second decompression means 22 is provided on the branch point 52 side from the intermediate point 54 on the second flow passage 51.
