摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and minisize microchemical chip which has a surely-formed microflow channel making a valuable specimen material derived from living body or a slight amount of diluted reagent to flow, does not break even if pressurizing a fluid sample to make flow, can accurately, surely be fed in a flow channel as desired, is capable of accurately, easily analyzing or reacting the useful substances such as biological components in the specimen material in a short time, and can be massively and homogeneously produced in high yield.SOLUTION: In a microchemical chip 1, a flow channel 26 for pressurizing a fluid sample selected from a specimen material and reagent and then running it therein for chemically reaction, penetrates a rubber sheet 20. The rubber sheet 20 is held between the substrate sheets 10 and 30 which are a metal, ceramic, glass or resin, and is joined to the substrate sheets 10 and 30 in both surface and rear face directly or through a silane coupling agent. The holes 11a and 11b for pouring the fluid sample in the flow channel 26, and the holes 12a, 12b and 12c for discharging the poured fluid sample are open on the substrate sheet 10.
