A dual bandpass filter having two quad-mode resonators is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a dual bandpass filter having two quad-mode resonators, comprising: a first quad-mode resonator having a lower frequency passband; a second quad-mode resonator which has an upper frequency passband and is formed in an asymmetric configuration under the first quad-mode resonator from a virtual central horizontal line (X) with a first spacing (s_1) from the first quad-mode resonator; and an input/output line which includes a first input stub (31), which is connected with an input port (30) and formed at one side of a virtual central vertical line (Y), a second input stub (32), which is connected with the input port and formed at one side of the central vertical line, a first output stub (41), which is connected with an output port (40) and formed at another side of the central vertical line, and a second output stub (42), which is connected with the output port and formed at one side of the central vertical line, wherein the dual bandpass filter is characterized in being formed in a planar arrangement configuration of a microstrip line on one substrate. According to the present invention, a cut-off reaction is improved, and an operational bandwidth is expanded when compared to conventional dual-mode, triple-mode, and quad-mode resonators. |
