A genome analysis device for analyzing genome data comprising a large amount of fragmented genome base sequences and transmitting output data related to the genome data in response to an output request from a client device connected via a network. The device is provided with: a storage means for storing data for visualizing multiple different layers pertaining to the genome data; a request reception means for receiving an output request from the client device; and an output data creation means that, when the output request is received by the output request reception means, selects from the storage means layer visualization data that corresponds to the output request and creates output data on the basis of the selected layer visualization data. |
