PURPOSE: A device is provided to manufacture a complex material that has a reinforced performance by layering the reinforced fiber in the same direction as a sheet. CONSTITUTION: A complex mat manufacturing device(200) comprises: transferring unit(210) transferring a heat-plastic fiber resolved; a pair of feed rollers(220) regularly supporting and catching the heat-plastic fiber that is transferred by the transferring unit; a first fiber dispersion cylinder(230) closely installed in the first feed roller and dispersing fiber that is provided from the first feed roller in the revolving state by high speed; and an inhaler(290) inducing fiber falling.
