The roller shutter housing comprises an insect protection roller, which is integrated into the roller shutter housing. The insect protection roller has a spring elastic winding device and the shaft of the insect protection roller is fixed laterally into the roller shutter housing. Holders, pre-formed laterally in the roller shutter housing are provided for pins of the insect protection roller. The pins protrude in the mounted condition laterally from the shaft of the insect protection roller.
