<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit any kind of operation support information at any timing using a television telephone function, and efficiently provide the operation support information while sharing a video picture on an operational screen. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device having a television telephone function, includes: display means for displaying a video picture including a video picture transmitted and received from/to the other terminal device; transmission means (S2) for transmitting a predetermined video picture to the other terminal device; function setting operation means for causing the displaying means to display an operational screen and executing a predetermined function setting operation of the mobile terminal device via the operational screen; switching instruction receiving means (S3) for receiving an instruction for switching the video picture displayed on the display means between a video picture received by the other terminal device and the operational screen; display control means (S4) for causing the display means to display the operational screen; production means for producing operational image information based on the operational screen; and transmission control means (S5) for causing the transmission means to transmit the operational image information to the other terminal device.
