PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coated heat storage microcapsule having high solvent resistance and high water resistance, positively maintaining the heat storage function, and capable of easily and stably manufacturing a granulated heat storage material, to provide a method for manufacturing a heat storage material, and to provide an adsorbent with a heat storage function.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a coated heat storage microcapsule 3B comprises: a first coating step of mixing a dispersion liquid containing a heat storage microcapsule and a hydrophilic polymer compound 5 to produce a coated heat storage microcapsule 3A having a coating film of the hydrophilic polymer compound 5 formed on the surface of the outer shell of the heat storage microcapsule; and a second coating step of mixing a dispersion liquid 3b containing the coated heat storage microcapsule 3A and a phenol resin 6 to produce a mixed dispersion liquid 3c and then manufacturing a coated heat storage microcapsule powder 4 having formed on at least a part of the surface of the coated heat storage microcapsule 3A a coated portion 7 to which the phenol resin 6 adheres by spraying and drying the mixed dispersion liquid 3c. |
