METHOD OF CREATING SPRAY DEVICE FOR SHEATHLESS CE-MS, SPRAY DEVICE FOR SHEATHLESS CE-MS, AND SHEATHLESS CE-MS DEVICE

While processing a distal end of a capillary 14 into an acute angle: an electrophoresis liquid passing hole 42 through which an electrophoresis liquid 16 can pass is opened in a flexible insulating plate 40; an electrodialysis membrane 44 is bonded in such a way as to cover the electrophoresis liquid passing hole 42; the capillary 14 is bonded, without any gaps, securely to the insulating plate 40, except the part on the electrodialysis membrane 44 in which the electrophoresis liquid passing hole 42 exists; a crack 48 is formed in a part of the capillary 14 above the electrophoresis liquid passing hole 42, the parts of said capillary 14 except for the part thereof above the electrophoresis liquid passing hole 42 having been completely secured to the insulating plate 40; the entire capillary 14 is bonded securely to the insulating plate 40; a reservoir 50 into which the electrophoresis liquid 16 is to be introduced is placed on the surface of the insulating plate 40 on the side thereof to which the capillary is not secured; an electrode insertion hole 52 for inserting an electrode 60 is opened in an upper portion of the reservoir 50; and the electrode 60 is inserted into the electrode insertion hole 52 and is secured. By this means, high-sensitivity measurement is possible using a spray device for sheathless CE-MS having a simple configuration.
