摘要 The present invention relates to a biological treatment method for restoring underground water and/or soil in the region of an industrial complex contaminated by chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons such as perchloroethylene (PCE) and trichloroethylene (TCE) and, in particular, to a process for treating volatile carcinogenic materials such as vinyl chloride (VC) remaining after a biological treatment using anaerobic microorganisms by using the volatile carcinogenic materials as a substrate for aerobic microorganisms. The chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons such as VC remaining after the anaerobic treatment of chlorinated aliphatic organic solvents can be aerobically treated by using specific microorganisms such as Mycobacterium rhodesiae in an aerobic condition. An attraction-type submerged membrane bonding process is used to minimize the loss of the specific microorganisms and keep the high concentration inside a reactor. The chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons in inflow water can be efficiently removed and the release of chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons into the air induced by deaeration can be minimized by using the method of providing a membrane module after saturating the membrane module with dissolved oxygen in a separate culture medium tank so as to minimize the volatilization of the chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons induced by aeration in the aerobic treatment.
