This station power supply is equipped with: a ripple detection unit 43 that detects ripples included in a wire voltage and outputs the information on the detected ripples and the wire voltage value; a ripple determination unit 51 that compares the ripple information and the ripple threshold value for determining whether or not the ripples are included in the wire voltage, and outputs, on the basis of the comparison result, the wire voltage value when determining that no ripples are included in the wire voltage; a no-load voltage estimation unit 52 that estimates, on the basis of the wire voltage value, a no-load voltage value which is the voltage value of the wire when the wire is under no-load conditions; a control unit 53 that sets an additional voltage value to be added to the no-load voltage value; and a calculation unit 55 that adds the additional voltage value to the no-load voltage value and calculates a regeneration determination voltage value for determining whether or not the electric rolling stock connected to the wire is in regenerative operation, and outputs the regeneration determination voltage value to a main circuit portion 4 that utilizes the regenerative energy generated by the regenerative operation. |
