摘要 <p>According to the present invention, a method for recycling aircraft brake disks comprises: a first step of separating a worn disk from an aircraft brake in which multiple rotating or non-rotating disks are alternatively arranged when the disk is worn down as much as a set worn amount; a second step of filling a first mixture in which carbon fiber and phenolic resin are mixed in a mold to a first recycling height; a third step of placing the worn disk on the first mixture; a fourth step of filling a second mixture in which the carbon fiber and the phenolic resin are mixed above the worn disk in the mold to a second recycling height; a fifth step of forming a formed body divided into three parts including a lower layer composed of the first mixture, an intermediate layer composed of the worn disk, and an upper layer composed of the second mixture by pressing the first mixture, the worn disk, and the second mixture with a press at once; a sixth step of carbonizing the formed body after the formed body is drawn out from the mold; and a seventh step of jamming up the carbonized formed body. The present invention can make a recycled disk by performing all seven steps. When the recycled disk is worn down, the present invention can make another recycled disk by performing all seven steps again.
