<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a power source line conform to a memory pixel. <P>SOLUTION: Unit pixels 11 are arranged in a matrix form and their display is controlled. The unit pixels 11 are provided with a plurality of memory pixels 10 each having a one-bit memory, which are arranged in two or more lines.
