PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet adhesion structure of a rotor capable of assembling ring magnets fixed to the rotor with high accuracy of concentricity and enhancing adhesion strength to the rotor and a magnetic encoder.SOLUTION: The magnet adhesion structure of a rotor includes: a base material 104 having an annular peripheral surface; ring magnets 106 adhered by an adhesive 109 through a gap 107 in the peripheral surface of the base material 104; and a plurality of pins 105 inserted in the gap 107.
