According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for providing feedback is provided. The method comprises: a step of acquiring information regarding the posture or the movement of at least one device worn by a user; a step of recognizing the trajectory and speed of an action carried out by the user by referring to the acquired information regarding the posture and the movement; a step of specifying an exercise carried out by the user by referring to the trajectory and the speed of an action repeatedly carried out when it is determined that the user repeatedly carries out a similar action of which the trajectory and the speed are the same or higher than predetermined levels; and a step of controlling the properties of the feedback to be provided to the user by referring to the specified exercise. |
