A semiconductor radiation detector is manufactured in which a semiconductor crystal is composed of a bromine-enriched thallium bromide single crystal that includes 99.91-99.99 mol% of thallous bromide and 0.01-0.09 mol% of trivalent thallium (thallic bromide equivalent). |
