PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture and a cement composition having excellent conductivity by which cement mortar having excellent appearance and workability can be performed and electric corrosion protection capable of making electric current flow uniform is made possible, and cement mortar using the cement composition. SOLUTION: The admixture contains a conductive polymer and a fibrous clay mineral, further contains a fiber and contains a non-conductive polymer. The cement composition contains cement and the cement admixture. The cement composition contains the cement, the conductive polymer and the fibrous clay mineral.
