PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a calculation load to calculate a moving vector of a target and estimate a current position of the target adaptive to presence/absence of a movement of the target, presence/absence of existence thereof, or the like in a moving target adaptive type scan correlation technique.SOLUTION: A reflection radar intensity difference calculation part 5 calculates a difference absolute value of reflection radar intensity in a past scan image Aand a current scan image A. Then, in an area having the difference absolute value larger than a preliminarily set difference threshold value, a reflection radar intensity difference threshold value determination part 6 determines that a moving target exists, and a moving vector calculation part 7 calculates a moving vector of the target to estimate a current position of the target. Meanwhile, in an area having the difference absolute value smaller than the difference threshold value, the reflection radar intensity difference threshold value determination part 6 determines that a stationary target only exists or the target does not exist originally, and the moving vector calculation part 7 deems that the moving vector of the target is null (0). |
