A composition of an antifogging agent and a texture using the same are provided to ensure excellent antifouling property and durability, good cleansing property, and to maintain performance after washing. A composition of an antifogging agent comprises titanium dioxide 0.5~5 weight%, a fluorine-based coating agent 6~20 weight%, alcohol 17~45 weight%, ester acrylate 6~20 weight%, a styrene monomer 2~10 weight%, an inorganic compound 0.5~5 weight% and water 40~68 weight%. The fluorine-based coating agent is a hydroxylated perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate copolymer. The composition of an antifogging agent is prepared by the steps of: mixing the composition 1~5 weight% and water 95~99 weight%; dipping the texture in the mixed solution; and removing moisture from the texture.
