PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, although a chemical substance measuring chamber must be perforated in order to supply the power or a control signal, because the power or the control signal must be supplied to an electrical apparatus in order to examine VOC generation following operation of the electrical apparatus, when perforation is performed simply, the air flows in from a hole to lower measurement accuracy, and the problem wherein, by means of a method for securing airtightness with a cable by winding a Teflon (R) tape thereon, the quality of the airtightness is changed according to the winding way of the tape, and thereby measurement having high reproducibility becomes difficult. SOLUTION: The cable 106 for supplying the power or the control signal is allowed to pass through a cable support 108 having a film back 11 using PFA and a deformable body 12 using gel material with which the inside of the film back 11 is filled. The interval between the chemical substance measuring chamber and the cable 106 is blocked and sealed by deforming the cable support 108. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
