A coupling structure and manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the bonding strength although the connection element is inserted into the shallow concave part of the ceramics member. The coupling structure comprises the ceramics member(4), and the terminal(3). The low bonding layer(6) of the conductivity and the connection element(5) of the conductivity. The ceramics member has the inner electrode(2) of plate shape. The concave part(4a) facing the inner electrode from the surface of the ceramics member is formed. The terminal hole(4c) is formed along the inner electrode and a part of the bottom surface(4s) of the concave part. The conductive terminal is buried to the terminal hole. The lower end surface(5e) of the connection element is inserted into the concave part tot contact with the low bonding layer.
