PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit adapter system (1) comprising a conduit adapter (200) that is assigned to an electrical connector assembly (100).SOLUTION: A conduit adapter (200) includes a first shell (210) and a second shell (220), the first shell (210) including first fixing elements (211, 212) and the second shell (220) including second fixing elements (221, 222). The first shell (210) further includes at least one preliminary-locking means.
