A hydrodynamic coupling assembly (1) is provided with a housing (5) which can rotate about a central axis (7), and which is for receiving a pump wheel (64), a turbine wheel (62) secured to an output (55) via a securing region, and a hub (70) axially supporting the output in relation the the housing, wherein the turbine wheel can be applied with an axial force that is induced by hydrodynamic effects of a hydrodynamic circuit (68) acting between the pump wheel and turbine wheel, and the hub is provided with an axial support (76) acting in the axis direction, on the output radially outside the securing region of the turbine wheel, in relation to the central axis. The axial support of the hub cooperates directly with the turbine wheel for the limiting of an axial deflection of the turbine wheel under the effect of the axial force. |
