PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a plurality of devices to which authority of a user is individually set in coordination with each other, while reflecting existing settings of authority in the devices to appropriately control the coordination operation.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus (coordination server P) includes a job control part 12 that requests execution of an operation to a plurality of pre-registered devices (image forming apparatuses A, B, and C); and an authority management information creation part 14 that acquires, at least from a part of the pre-registered devices, authority information indicating authority of a user in the device, and creates authority management information indicating authority of the user to be applied to the pre-registered devices on the basis of the acquired authority information. The job control part controls, on the basis of the authority management information, whether or not to permit requesting the execution of the operation to the pre-registered devices according to an instruction from the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
